Book Buzz and The Booker Prize 2019 Shortlist!

BOOKBUZZ

Bookbuzz is a reading programme from BookTrust that aims to help schools inspire a love of reading in Year 7s.  Mrs Annetts launched ‘Bookbuzz’ to the new Year 7s in the second week of the term.  Year 7s can choose a book to keep from a selection of 15 titles.  This scheme has been running for over seven years and prior to 2012, ran for five years as ‘Booked Up’.  If Year 7 will make their choices by 20 September, the books may arrive in time for half term!
