Wycombe Abbey’s Invitational Swimming Gala

On 15 January eight students travelled to Wycombe Abbey for their Annual Invitational Swimming Gala, where our Junior (Years 7 & 8) and Inter (Years 9 & 10) teams competed against ten other schools.

The standard of swimming was incredibly high across the competition and every member of the team swam brilliantly.

The Junior Team finished second overall in the competition, with Maya in Year 8 finishing 2nd overall in the Open 100m Freestyle and Amelie in Y8 winning both the Open 100m Backstroke and 200m Individual Medley.
