The Greatest Showman NWC-Style to raise funds for Sport Relief!

I am sure that many of you will remember last year’s epic NWC Shuffle which featured the whole school performing in sync on the hockey pitch (see https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bjrmeeTTrno) to raise money for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day. Together we managed to raise over £5K – more than any other school in the UK!

So the time came to give a performance equally as magnificent that aims to raise even more funds for Comic Relief’s Sport Relief, which takes place from 9 – 13 March.  With the expert help of our PE Department we all took on the challenge of learning a dance from The Greatest Showman (NWC-style) and our grand performance took place on Tuesday.  We have a four minute video showcasing our full performance and we want you to share it with you – you can probably guess what you need to do….  simply log in to your ParentPay account to make a donation that will go towards helping Comic Relief’s achieve their aim of making our world free from poverty.

Providing that we raise £3K, we will email the final video to all parents (via a link) on Friday 13 March. In the meantime, you will be treated to regular social media posts of behind the scenes footage in the build up to the event (see Twitter: @NorthwoodGDST and Facebook: Northwood College for Girls).  The girls are really excited, so please dig deep and let’s make this a phenomenal experience for our girls and for the people who will ultimately benefit from Comic Relief’s Sport Relief.
