Nutrition Day!

Key Stage 2 enjoyed a fantastic nutrition workshop organised by Thomas Franks.  Julia, a nutritionist, spoke to the girls about what a healthy diet consists of and they discussed fruit and vegetables.  Emma (our catering manager) showed the girls how to make their own houmous, tomato salsa and guacamole.  The girls tasted the homemade dips with a range of crunchy crudités.  Plates were cleared and all the girls commented on how delicious the dips were with the vegetables.
