EXCELLENT COMMITMENT TO ECO

We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded the Green Flag Award with Distinction for our past year of hard work and dedication in making Northwood College a more sustainable enterprise. Junior and Senior School students have worked collaboratively to increase and celebrate the biodiversity on-site by restoring the pond and surrounding areas, introducing new plant species, upcycling plant pots and creating plant art throughout the year.

In November 2023, NWC hosted our third annual mock COP event where Senior School students from the local community engaged in debates on our current climate crisis, which promoted global citizenship and provided opportunities for students to develop their skills and interests such as leadership, public speaking, research and analytical skills. Here, at NWC, we will continue to make changes so that individuals are equipped with the knowledge and skills to lead sustainable lives.”
