Bright Spark Journal

The High Flyers vision came from the Northwood College belief in a growth mindset and that every girl has the potential to achieve. We know that every intelligence isn’t something that you are born with, no one has a ‘talent’ but everyone has an interest that grows. The ability to ‘fly high’ comes from hard work and determination, and so this programme was designed to give our girls the opportunity to explore the subjects they love outside of the classroom so that they can really flourish. Once again our girls have proven that they are the embodiment of high flyers. They have worked hard and shown resilience in an unprecedented time. Their wide range of passions and global awareness is showcased through the variety articles that they have written, and once again, I am in awe of them. I hope you enjoy reading this year’s Bright Spark journal.
