ART COMPETITION WINNER

Deeya, Year 12, has won the Inspiring Women Competition with her artwork of Frida Kahlo!

The competition was run by Saqi Books, advertising the novel RISE by Maliha Abidi, which celebrates the inspirational stories of 100 remarkable women of colour. Deeya will receive a copy of the book RISE and a print of one of Maliha Abidi’s illustrations!
