Junior School girls took part in a fund raising practice-a-thon where they had to commit to a minimum of 10 minutes practice on their music instrument for 10 consecutive days.

The money raised was for CLIC Sargent for families of children living with cancer.

As a school we raised a total of £760 for the charity which was a great achievement.  The girls who took part in the practice-a-thon were Laaibah Ali, Zahra Hussain, Amber Patel and Kiera Patel from Year 6; Thalia Al Madfai and Ruhi Misra from Year 5; Shirin Ghazi from Year 4; and Amiya Patel from Year 3.  Each of the girls was given a certificate in Assembly to acknowledge her contribution.
